Terms of service

These are the terms for using Persuora, including Cue and Dossier. We keep this in plain English. By using Persuora, you agree to what is below.

Beta software

Persuora is in beta. That means it is still being built, features can change, and things can break. The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Please do not rely on it as your only system of record.

Your account

You need an account to use Persuora, and access is invite-only during the beta. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace.

Subscriptions and credits

• Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually.
• Coaching runs on credits. One credit is one coached call, from live read to debrief.
• On paid plans, credits refresh every month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Free trial credits are for trying Cue. Unused trial credits do not accumulate and do not carry into a paid plan.

Acceptable use

When you use Persuora, you agree not to:

• Record or coach calls unlawfully, or without the consent required where you and the other people on the call are located.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source of the software or its models.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage Persuora as your own service.
• Use Persuora to break the law, harass people, or infringe someone else's rights.

Availability

We work to keep Persuora running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and during beta there may be outages. We are not liable for downtime or for coaching that is delayed or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Persuora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Persuora at any time and cancel your subscription. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that puts other people or the service at risk. If we end your access, we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Persuora grows. If we make a meaningful change, we will update this page and change the date at the top, and give you notice in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
