Privacy policy

This explains what Persuora does with your data when you use Cue and Dossier. We keep this in plain English so you can actually read it.

What Cue processes

When you start a coaching session, Cue listens to the call you chose to coach. That includes audio from both sides of the conversation. Cue transcribes that audio into text and uses the text to generate live coaching and a debrief.

• Transcripts. The text of calls you coach.
• Debriefs. The summary and pointers Cue produces after a call.
• RICE notes. Per-contact reads that capture what moves each person, kept in your Dossier workspace.
• Account details. Your name, work email, and the workspace you belong to, so we can sign you in and support you.

Cue only listens when you start a session. It is not recording in the background.

Where your data lives

Your transcripts, debriefs, and Dossier notes are stored in Persuora's infrastructure on Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region, us-east-1.

How the AI coaching works

To generate coaching, Persuora sends your transcripts and audio to Google Vertex AI, which runs Google's Gemini models. Vertex AI processes that content to return the coaching and debrief. Under the Google Cloud terms that cover Vertex AI, data sent through the API is not used to train Google's models.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never train our own models on your customer content.
• We never show you ads or share your data with ad networks.

Your responsibility for consent

Cue coaches your own calls. You are responsible for complying with the call-recording and consent laws that apply where you and the people on your calls are located. Some places require that everyone on a call is told it is being recorded or processed. Please follow the rules that apply to you.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your workspace data while your account is active so your reads and history stay useful. If you want your workspace and its data deleted, email us from the support page and we will remove it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That is it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Persuora:

• Amazon Web Services. Hosting and storage.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI). The AI processing that generates coaching.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email.
