Common questions
On a Mac, open Cue.dmg and drag Cue into your Applications folder, then launch it from there. On Windows, run Cue-Setup and open Cue from the Start menu. The full steps are on the macOS and Windows download pages.
On a Mac, Cue asks for Microphone and Screen Recording so it can hear both sides of the call. On Windows, it asks for the Microphone and hears the other side through your computer's audio. It only listens when you start a session, and it stops when the session ends.
You get one when you buy Cue on the pricing page. It is shown on the page you land on after checkout. Paste it into Cue, or use it to sign in to Dossier on the web.
Open the link from your checkout again. If it offers to show a new key, that replaces the old one. Otherwise send us a message from the email you paid with and we will help.
One credit is one coached call, from live read to debrief. Credits are granted each billing cycle, and annual plans get the year's calls up front. Every new account starts with 3 extra coached calls.
Basic and Pro are per-seat subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, and payments are processed by Stripe. Seats can be changed later. Cancel anytime from Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the plans on the pricing page.
